>> the driver was not injured. george has more on the crash. >> that is right mark. the accident occurring just west of bear creek road on san paolo gamba roaddam road. when d as a condition of this is usually one of the first here is to report. the woman was able to get out of the vehicle and walked out to the roadway and was waiting there when an emergency vehicle arrived on scene. while an ambulance was sent to the location as a precaution it does not appear that there were any serious injuries. there is no traffic jam in the area because traffic is light in fact that maybe one of the problems because there is no congestion to slow things down. people are perhaps traveling a bit too fast. that is so far the only

faster return to kron 4 solo reporter jackie sissel who joins us live from the same period >> pg&e crews have just left about 5 for 10 minutes ago. we will expect to see fire investigators out. as you said this fire started at around 1:00 a.m. this morning. it quickly turned into a to alarm. what we are being told is that the fire crews-out a gas line had ruptured and that prevented fire far some going in. they had to wait for pg&e crews to shut off the gas before they are able to get in and fight the fire. we are also being told that two people were sent to a local hospital as what is being described as nine non-life threatening injuries. they are calling the fire suspicious in nature. that is why we're expecting to it fire investigator back out. off pg&e crews worked for several hours preparing the rupture gas line. that took a while for them to get

fixed. the good news is you can see how close the house is dark. the good news is that fire did not spread to any adjoining houses. as i said to minor injuries one person is placed in a fire. >> thank you for the update. the stories we're following a teenage boy shot and killed a 15 year-old girl and injured a 15 year old boy they walked on line away near 6666 avenue in oakland. >> the victims were walking with befriends and family members yesterday afternoon, when there were fired upon. >> a long suspect approached the group on foot and allegedly started firing into the crowd. >> to shots struck the juvenile victims, killing the girl and send the boy to the hospital with nonthreatening life injuries. >> the suspect has fled on foot and is not been detained. >> police have identified victims of a double homicide and oakland.

the underground wiring got cut because of this accident. now the north bay and the ride on 1 01, we will take a look at the ride on the frontage road in the north bay right off of highway 1 01. there is a report of icing conditions, not on the freeway but on the and chase said frontage road that the accident occurred. >> new this morning to people in the hospital after a fire that's a home in the excelsior district around 1:00 this morning on athens street. jackie sissel is live on the scene with more of what happened. >> crews have left the scene here but the fire investigators are expected back out here because they are calling this fire suspicious. it started around 1:00 a.m. this morning when the fire department received a call of a house fire. quickly they called a second alarm on this and when they got

out here they discovered a pg&e gas line had ruptured and they had to wait for the crews to get out here to turn off the gas before the good start fighting the fire. we are being told two victims were sent to a local hospital with not life- threatening injuries. that is good news. the houses are wall-to-wall out here and they were able to prevent a fire from spreading to any other houses on the block. they are calling this suspicious in nature but they're not telling us the details. you can see pg&e crews are out here trying to fix ultimately did fix the ruptured gas line. the good news again as that it did not spread to any other houses on the block. as soon as we get more information we will pass it along. >> other stories we are
